I write because it’s cheaper than therapy.

A Brit living in Canada, writing whatever I need to say.

I want my readers to look at something from a different angle and question their misconceptions; to consider how the social and political environment impacts the lives of our every day. Most of all, I want to elicit empathy. Being able to see the world is different when you walk it as someone else.

A reader can make a good book great.

My writing is shaped by growing up in central England. It was a time of strikes, Thatcher, Live Aid, yuppies, The Cold War, and people trying to break free of the social and political environment that often shackled them.
